Not only did it take the pressure off something so important they were exceptional in guiding us in the right direction. We recently lost my wonderful Dad and during the hardest time of our lives Ivor Thomas Funerals provided the most compassionate yet professional service we could have wished for. I didn’t know much about how funeral homes operated so had phoned a few days before my Dad had passed as we knew we needed to choose somewhere special for his resting place, and from the moment my call was answered I knew we (and most importantly Dad) would be in the best hands. We can't thank Mark and his team enough, having never had to go through something like this before, Mark came out to see the family and walked us through the things we needed to do ,gave us options for things and where there for us if and when we needed. Your calmness, kindness and while completely professional every member of staff I've been in touch with has been the most personable, understanding and human - from the moment we spoke to someone on the phone to make an appointment you have all been fantastic, we've never felt rushed, left out of the loop or like questions couldn't be asked - even at the last minute changes and the uncertainty of me!!!
