We used Ivor Thomas Funerals for our late mum, considering we were all still in shock with her passing we found the team went above and beyond. Not only did it take the pressure off something so important they were exceptional in guiding us in the right direction. We recently lost my wonderful Dad and during the hardest time of our lives Ivor Thomas Funerals provided the most compassionate yet professional service we could have wished for. I didn’t know much about how funeral homes operated so had phoned a few days before my Dad had passed as we knew we needed to choose somewhere special for his resting place, and from the moment my call was answered I knew we (and most importantly Dad) would be in the best hands. Diolch o galon to every single one of the team for looking after him so well and for helping us to give him the celebration of life he so deserved.

We can't thank Mark and his team enough, having never had to go through something like this before, Mark came out to see the family and walked us through the things we needed to do ,gave us options for things and where there for us if and when we needed.
